Refund & Return Policy – PetBuddy

At PetBuddy, we are committed to providing high-quality pet care products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
• The product is unused and in its original packaging

We do not accept returns for opened or used products due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via:

• Bank transfer
• Easypaisa / JazzCash

Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Non-Returnable Items

• Used grooming products
• Opened spray bottles
• Items purchased on sale (unless defective)

Shipping Costs for Returns

• If the issue is from our side → we cover shipping
• If customer changes mind → customer pays return shipping

PetBuddy reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our conditions.
